Job Overview:
This position involves installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical and pneumatic systems, troubleshooting circuits, and working from blueprints. It requires 2-5 years of high-voltage repair experience, relevant certifications, and the ability to work independently with testing tools in challenging environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, test, and maintain electrical systems and equipment using hand tools, power tools, and testing devices.
Troubleshoot and repair pneumatic control systems and replace outdated electrical components in control panels.
Wire electrical systems from blueprints and update diagrams as needed.
Work with AC/DC circuits, both control and power, with or without blueprints.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Experience:
2-5 years of high-voltage repair experience.
Mechanical maintenance or electrician certification; licensed industrial electricians .
1-4 years of experience troubleshooting manufacturing equipment.
Ability to work independently.
Job Requirements:
Diagnose and repair electrical issues with or without prints.
Read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
Use diagnostic tools (e.g., voltmeters, oscilloscopes) and troubleshoot PLC systems with Ladder Logic.
Rebuild control panels and replace outdated components to restore equipment.
Strong knowledge of high-voltage electrical systems.
Ability to use hand tools, machinery, and testing equipment effectively.
Must have personal standard hand tools.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 75 pounds regularly.
Comfortable working in noisy, dirty, and potentially hazardous environments.
