Responsible for planning, directing, and overseeing human resources management activities, including recruitment, compensation, benefits administration, performance management, personnel records, employee relations, employee communications, and Training and Development. Supports administrative operations by maintaining records and preparing documents for the payroll process. Responsible for reconciliation of benefit statements with actual employee deductions. Monitoring compliance with LCDN policies and procedures and all applicable employment law. Responsible for credentialing of licensed personnel. Job Qualifications

Knowledge: Education: Minimum bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related fields. At least five years of experience may substitute the degree requirement, demonstrating progression into responsible management positions with human resources responsibilities. Experience:

Minimum of two years in personnel or human resources administration. Skills and Abilities:

Ability to perform duties with dignity, calmness, accuracy, and confidentiality; organizational and analytical skills; knowledge of human resources laws and regulations; computer literacy; communication skills; ability to address staff issues affecting performance and satisfaction; valid driver's license and insurance clearance for driving to outlying locations. Information Processing

Gather, analyze, and process information for responsible decision-making. Ability to listen, evaluate communications, and reach objective conclusions. Attention to detail, data evaluation, and discrepancy identification are essential. Ability to understand and translate theoretical concepts into clear directions, and to explain procedures both orally and in writing. Interpersonal Communication

Communicate clearly and effectively with co-workers, patients, clients, and the public. Provide instruction, share information, and communicate policy changes or negotiations through the Leadership Team as delegated. Written communication is generally transmitted without further review. Background and reference checks are required.
