About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief People Officer to play a pivotal role in leading the organization's people strategy, with a focus on culture, transformation, and the integration of new service lines. The successful candidate will be a trusted advisor to the CEO, executive team, and Board of Directors, overseeing all HR operations and ensuring that the company's values are embedded in all aspects of the employee experience. This includes talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, DEI initiatives, and performance management. The role also involves designing and implementing learning and development programs, succession planning, and leveraging HR technologies and data analytics to inform decision-making.
