Job Title: Maintenance Technician-2nd Shift
Location: Lancaster, PA

Hours: Mon-Thur 3pm-1:30am
Basic Purpose and Objective of the Position
An employee in this position is responsible for providing preventative and repair maintenance for facilities and equipment, installation of new equipment, support process improvement as directed by the Manager, Maintenance.
Major Functions:
Safety
Baseline knowledge of following:
Electrical
Hydraulics
Pneumatics
Vacuum
HVAC
Plumbing
Carpentry
Welding
Painting
Snow Removal
Preventative Maintenance
Repair maintenance (machinery and building)
New Equipment/Modifications
Support Process Improvement and Engineering projects
Requires On-call duty
Qualifications
High school diploma, plus specialized training, certification. or a two-year degree
2-5 years' maintenance experience in manufacturing
Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills.
Successful Essential Skills
Action-oriented and independent with a strong sense of urgency and ability to work at a quick pace.
Demonstrates creativity in problem-solving and making innovative connections.
Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, completeness, and compliance with standards and regulations.
Collaborative team player who supports and assists colleagues as needed.
