SUQUAMISH EVERGREEN COORPORATION (SEC) AGATE DREAMS Bud Tender
General Position Summary:
This position provides Spectacular Service to all store guests and is responsible for positive and knowledgeable interactions focused on customer service and information sharing.
Essential Functions/Major Responsibilities: Completes retail sales transactions (credit card and point of sale) in compliance with established policies and procedures Possesses a strong level of telephone etiquette Demonstrates knowledge of cannabis products and strains to include Sativa, Indica and Hybrids Provides recommendations regarding appropriate usage and dosage based on method of consumption Updates management regularly on customer buying patterns and interactions Demonstrates an understanding of regulatory compliance and upholds all policies and procedures unique to the industry Actively promotes spectacular customer service and aides in creating a welcoming atmosphere Promotes a professional demeanor in all interactions and transactions Responds to guest's questions regarding flowers, strains, creams, oils, waxes, concentrates, edibles, tinctures, vape/e-pens Stocks product Actively identifies areas for cost savings Secondary Functions:
Responsible to maintain a safe environment for guests and colleagues All other duties as assigned Qualifications
Education and/or Experience:
Must be 21 years of age
and possess a valid State of Washington Driver's License Experience and/or education in the cannabis industry to include store product knowledge High school diploma or GED, required
Job Conditions:
Working conditions include working in a retail setting with a computer, telephone, point-of-sale system and other office equipment. Other working conditions may include working alone, or in a busy retail venue with frequent interruptions. May have access to other management offices as needed to perform duties, as assigned.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift 50 lbs. while standing, twisting, or bending. Must be able to stand and/or sit for extended periods of time. Must maintain a flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings and weekends.
