The Senior Performance Insights & Digital Operations Manager plays an integral role in driving data-informed decision-making, streamlining workflows, and ensuring financial and campaign accuracy of the full marketing funnel across all marketing channels through website performance and sales conversion. This role will work cross-functionally to enhance tracking, optimize team performance, and manage marketing budget allocations, making a measurable impact on business outcomes.

Duties and Responsibilities

Define data, KPIs, dashboard, and tracking reporting requirements in partnership with the analytics team (and IT as needed) across all digital channels (SEO, SEM, Paid Social, Display/Programmatic, Website, and Email) and key operational metrics (reservations, inbound calls, and move-ins).

Coordinate forecasting, invoicing, and reconciliation of advertising expenditures, ensuring alignment with the department’s budget and overall P&L.

Oversee campaign tagging, marketing channel attribution, and conversion tracking across multiple digital platforms. Analyze campaign data for performance gaps and insights, and identify opportunities for testing and optimization.

Develop, distribute, and present custom weekly, monthly & quarterly performance reports for the marketing team, internal stakeholders, and executive leadership.

Conduct and lead weekly performance review meetings with the marketing team and other stakeholders. Drive high-impact performance storytelling on trends, insights, wins & opportunities related to consumer behaviors, seasonality, marketing channel results, and the potential impacts of competition, pricing, or any operational factors impacting business results.

Maintain comprehensive documentation for budgets, forecasts, invoices, campaign tracking processes, and tagging protocols.

Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to drive process efficiencies in performance reporting, budgeting and campaign optimization.

Provide backup support for select performance marketing campaigns, including setup, monitoring, and optimization, to ensure continuity and performance.

Leverage Google Analytics, Microsoft PowerBI, SEMRush, and other martech platforms to obtain & consolidate marketing performance data, generate insights, and inform strategic decisions.

Apply an understanding of AI, automation tools, and RPA to enhance data workflows, improve operational efficiency, and support marketing innovation.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field or equivalent practical experience.

Exceptional quantitative, analytical, data mining, and problem-solving skills with advanced Excel proficiency, working with large datasets, and joining data from multiple data sources.

Excellent communication & presentation development skills to effectively relay performance insights and program needs for different audiences and purposes (eg, simplifying complex data and performance updates for executive leadership, leading action planning with marketing team members, etc.).

Minimum 5 years of digital marketing experience with exposure to multiple publisher platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, DSP’s etc.

Hands-on experience using bid management platforms like SA360, Skai or Fluency is .

Proficiency with cross-functional project team leadership and project management tools such as Jira, Monday.com, or Asana.

Experience with building, maintaining, and using dashboards in data visualization platforms such as Tableau or Power BI.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Demonstrated ability to analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements that enhance operational efficiency.

For candidates in Colorado, the annual salary range for this position is $115,000 - $125,000. This range is estimated for this role and may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This role is eligible for an annual bonus based on company performance and individual performance. The deadline to apply for the position is September 1st, 2025.
