Overview

Publicis Media's PMX, Central Activation team supports PM agency accounts via a global offshore support network to meet clients' performance goals across a variety of platforms. The Business Operations team within Central Activation works hand-in-hand with agency partners and agency account teams to ensure all account requirements from the global offshore team, including workflows and resource allocation, are implemented.

The Analyst role is accountable for the successful implementation of resource allocation for Public Media clients that are supported by PM Precision's Central Activation team.

This person will work closely with Client Operations, Delivery Team, Finance, and Agency teams. The Business Operations Analyst will have a major role in many key weekly processes and must have the ability to multitask and problem-solve.

Responsibilities

Build strong relationships with agency partners, account teams and global offshore teams Oversee weekly management reporting processes in preparation for weekly meetings that focus on resource allocation across all the Publicis lines of business. Assist the Client Operation teams with operational tasks, weekly reporting and ad hoc requests from cross functional groups throughout the organization. Liaise with other teams, channeling information to the appropriate parties (Finance, Client Operations, and Delivery) via many internal processes related to resource allocation. Facilitate feedback between the agency account teams, client operations and the global offshore team, and determine solutions to help address or resolve Qualifications

Strong quantitative and analytical skills Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards Self-starter who can understand the business needs and solve them via operational and analytical solutions Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, distinguish user requests Detail-oriented, organized, and focused on quality Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Compensation Range: $39,710 - $57,615 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
