Part-Time Intelligence Program Coordinator

The Program Coordinator is an integral team member in the Intelligence Group, assisting with the production and coordination of a key program that is offered to Insite clients. Required Skills and Experience Conduct initial review and analysis of data submitted by clients to ensure authorizing documents are in place. Coordinate program elements including requests, verifications, and reporting. Manage and continually audit data sets and communication channels. Assist with administrative tasks including tracking of project completion and internal reporting. Research and develop written products. Handle additional requests from management. Hourly pay rate; flexible schedule; ability to work fully remote, if desired. Gaining demonstrated experience in Intelligence and physical security. Ability to liaise with and learn from a diverse team comprised of top security managers. Growth possibility as the department continues to expand. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree(or working toward such). Exceptional attention to detail and thoroughness. Capable of managing highly confidential information. Accustomed to completing work while meeting deadlines with competing priorities Desire to learn about security and intelligence; interested in the intersection of cybersecurity and physical security. Interest in personal privacy and open-source intelligence. Qualified candidates will be required to provide a writing sample and complete a proofreading assessment.
