Virginia Mason Franciscan Health (VMFH) is fulfilling our vision of transforming healthcare by expanding our collaborative primary care team. We have an opportunity at our regional medical center in desirable Kirkland, Washington. Aspects of the physician role:
Team-based approach : The primary care team is divided into four pods to ensure continuity of care. Each pod includes a consistent provider group, supported by an advanced practitioner, and 1:1 medical assistant support. The Advanced Practitioner assists with messages and indirect care, providing coverage when providers are out of the office. Integrative primary care model : VMFH features embedded pharmacists and behavioral health specialists within the primary care team, partnering to deliver comprehensive care and achieve excellent health outcomes. Flexible schedule options : We work with you to develop a schedule that balances patient needs and provider well-being. Access to ancillary and specialty services : Easy access to specialty support through interprofessional consults and direct referrals with responsive results. Teaching opportunities : VMFH offers a teaching environment with opportunities to precept medical students and residents, supported by active mentoring for new providers. Professional Development : Opportunities to lead clinic operations, quality initiatives, informatics, and educational roles. Innovative approaches : VMFH promotes new methods, best practices, and continuous improvement for patient and team member experiences. Compensation : Competitive, quality-incentivized salary range of $314,000 - $345,000 per year.
