A prestigious hospitality group is seeking a seasoned
General Manager
to lead front-of-house operations across multiple luxury dining venues, including a fine dining flagship, cocktail bar, and private lounge. This is a high-impact leadership role for an individual who combines a commanding presence on the floor with strong operational and financial acumen.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily FOH operations across all venues, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and team execution. Set and maintain elevated standards of service, professionalism, and hospitality. Lead and mentor a high-performing team; manage hiring, onboarding, training, and ongoing development. Collaborate with culinary, beverage, and operations leadership to ensure seamless coordination and service flow. Handle administrative responsibilities including scheduling, payroll, compliance, and POS/reservation systems (e.g. Toast, Resy). Drive P&L performance, labor efficiency, and service optimization in alignment with business goals. Act as the lead host for VIP guests and high-profile clientele; address feedback with discretion and care. Support event execution and special services in partnership with internal Events and Marketing teams. Ideal Candidate
Proven leadership experience in Michelin-starred or internationally acclaimed restaurants. Strong matre d'-like presence: gracious, composed, and guest-focused. Deep knowledge of luxury service standards, fine wine, and global dining trends. Track record of managing complex, multi-venue operations with discretion and precision. Highly organized, financially fluent, and proficient in hospitality systems and technology.
Compensation:
$125,000 - $175,000 base salary + benefits (health, dental, vision, PTO, wellness perks, dining discounts)
