RF Engineering Manager
This requisition is a multi-hire requisition for two separate First Line Manager (FLM) positions of RF Engineering groups part of RF Front End and Power Design center within the IWSS Sensors and Effectors Integrated Engineering organization. The managers will report directly to the Senior Manager of RF Front End and Power Design. The Work
The FLM will provide technical, programmatic, and administrative leadership to a group of approximately 20 engineers of varying experience levels. The manager will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of requirements into designs for multiple programs; coordination with programs, manufacturing and subject matter experts for the development of designs and manufacturing efforts; recommendations, planning and execution of IRAD efforts; supporting business pursuits and proposals; and developing key expertise needed to grow the business in this area. The manager will oversee the design, development, documentation, and testing of RF equipment and related hardware. The manager will lead and ensure that the appropriate standards, processes, procedures are followed throughout the hardware development life cycle. Who We Are
