Job Posting: Assistant Project Manager - Construction (HVAC Focus) West Allis, WI | Full-Time | ExemptWe're looking for a motivated Assistant Project Manager to support our HVAC construction projects. In this role, you'll work closely with Project Managers and Superintendents to ensure projects run smoothly, stay on schedule, and meet quality standards. What You'll Do:Coordinate project schedules, documentation, and materialsPrepare proposals, change orders, and submittalsTrack project costs, subcontractor agreements, and insurance certificatesAssist with estimating, procurement, and permit processingCommunicate with clients, vendors, and field teamsLearn key aspects of project profitability, scheduling, and reporting What You Bring:3+ years of assistant project management experience (construction preferred)Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software Bonus Skills:Ability to read construction drawings and specificationsFamiliarity with HVAC mechanical and control systemsExperience with COINS or similar project management softwareKnowledge of estimating tools and CRM systems Travel:Some travel to job sites is required.Ready to grow your career in construction?
