This role is all about building relationships over the phone-not high-pressure selling. Our products are already trusted and respected; your job is to connect with clients, understand their needs, and guide them to the best solutions for their facilities. To succeed, you'll need to beproactive, consultative, self-managed, and relentless about helping clients choose the best solutions.What You'll DoBe the primary point of contact for clients, building long-term relationships and delivering exceptional service.Drive sales activity primarilyvia phone calls, email, and virtual presentations(both inbound and outbound).Manage the customer journey from first contact through closing.Collaborate with theinternal customer support teamto ensure smooth post-sales follow-up and ongoing client satisfaction.Maintain and grow an active database of current and prospective customers, ensuring consistent and timely outreach.Act as a trusted product expert, helping clients identify the best solutions for their needs while introducing complementary options.Partner closely withoffice furniture dealersto support their projects and expand market opportunities.Own your pipeline, forecasting, and performance against sales goals.What We OfferCompetitive base salaryaround ~$60k(based on experience).Commission structure withadditional earnings of ~$20Kwhen target goals are met (uncapped potentialif you exceed target goals).Comprehensive benefits package: multiple medical plans, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) with company match, and more.What We're Looking For2+ years of proven inside sales or account management experience.Strong ability to deliverclient-focused, consultative solutions.Excellent phone presence, listening skills, and relationship-building abilities.Experience working with or selling throughdealers/distributorsa plus.Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a results-driven environment.Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities.Clear communicator, both verbal and written.This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives onphone-based, consultative sellingand enjoys working independently while being part of a supportive team.
