Description: Sterile Processing Tech 5x8 Variable Shift - Will be expected to cover shifts between the hours of 06:30-23:00 - This position will be mostly 14:30-23:00 &/or 22:30-07:00 (40 hrs guaranteed) Call required Weekends required and variable depending on staffing - Roughly 1 every 4th-5th weekend & 1 night per week minimum EOH BLS required Will accept either CBSPD or CRCST (through HSPA, formerly IAHCSMM). Must have acute hospital OR exp First time travelers are NOT accepted Must have a minimum of 1 year experience Must have experience flexible endoscope reprocessing: bronchoscopes, colonoscopies, egd scopes, ebus, eus, enteroscopes, ercp, fiberoptics, flex sigmoidoscopes, tee scopes and automated reprocessors Endoscope reprocessing exp required Must be able to do decontamination and assembly Experienced flexible endoscope reprocessing: bronchoscopes, colonoscopies, egd scopes, ebus, eus, enteroscopes, ercp, fiberoptics, flex sigmoidoscopes, tee scopes
