We are seeking a skilled and experienced Paralegal to join our dynamic team and contribute to our continued success in serving our clients. Position Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Paralegal to support our Trusts & Estates practice. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in Trusts & Estates law, with a strong background in probate filings and drafting legal documents. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency. Key Responsibilities

Assist attorneys in all aspects of estate planning, trust administration, and probate matters Prepare and file probate documents, including petitions, inventories, accountings, and tax returns Draft legal documents such as wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives Conduct legal research and analyze statutes, regulations, and case law relevant to Trusts & Estates matters Manage client communications and maintain client files, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurately recorded Coordinate with financial institutions, government agencies, and other relevant parties to gather necessary information and documentation Assist in the preparation of estate and gift tax returns Manage deadlines and calendar important dates related to probate proceedings and trust administration Prepare correspondence to clients, beneficiaries, and other involved parties Organize and maintain digital and physical client files, ensuring compliance with firm policies and legal requirements Assist in client meetings and provide support during the estate planning process Perform asset valuations and prepare asset inventories for estates and trusts Coordinate with other departments within the firm to ensure smooth case management Stay current with changes in Trusts & Estates law and update firm templates and procedures accordingly Mentor and train junior paralegals and support staff as needed
