Own outbound prospecting: Build and execute targeted outreach via email, LinkedIn, phone, and events to penetrate key accounts and convert cold leads into warm prospects. Qualify opportunities: Conduct discovery calls and needs assessments to evaluate fit with our ideal customer profile, connecting dots quickly and accurately. Nurture leads: Maintain momentum with smart, value-driven follow-up that guides prospects through early engagement stages. Partner with Sales & Marketing: Align with campaign priorities and collaborate with Account Executives for seamless handovers and shared success. Keep the pipeline clean: Log activities diligently in Salesforce to enable accurate forecasting and reporting. Surface market insights: Provide feedback from frontline interactions to help refine messaging, positioning, and targeting. Support events & campaigns: Engage leads before and after events to ensure campaigns deliver tangible commercial results. What you will be doing:
2-3 years experience in a BDR, SDR, or Sales Associate role, preferably in SaaS, tech, or financial services. Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Strong communication skills: persuasive, concise, and personable in writing and speaking. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple outreach streams concurrently. A curious, motivated learner with good prioritization instincts. Resilient and driven: receptive to feedback, proactive, and persistent.
