Fairhaven, MA | Part-Time
Hours:
Tuesday & Thursday: 5:30 PM 9:00 PM
Friday: 4:00 PM 6:30 PM
Sunday: 9:00 AM 11:30 AM
( Option to split days/shifts with another team member )
About the Role
Were looking for a dependable, upbeat Program Coordinator
to manage front desk operations, support our students and families, and help keep the academy running smoothly and looking sharp. This role combines
customer service, light sales, scheduling, and cleaning duties perfect for someone whos organized, people-oriented, and enjoys a positive, active environment. Responsibilities Welcome and assist students, parents, and visitors. Manage communications (text, email, phone) and book appointments. Handle membership inquiries, enrollments, and merchandise sales. Maintain inventory and restock items. Keep the academy clean and presentable. Enter/update data in front desk software. Provide tours to prospective families and introduce new students to coaches. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required . Strong communication and customer service skills. Organized, reliable, and able to multitask. Comfortable handling transactions and basic sales. Friendly and professional demeanor. Prior front desk, customer service, or sales experience is a plus.
