We are seeking a

Sr. Quality Program Manager

to manage quality initiatives across the Hybrid Cloud portfolio in a challenging and fast-paced environment. The Sr. Quality Program Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing quality programs and processes to ensure operational excellence and product/service quality. This role requires proficiency in quality management systems, data analysis, continuous improvement methodologies, and cross-functional collaboration. The manager works closely with stakeholders to drive quality initiatives and deliver results, working with engineering management to identify and improve process and program efficiencies. Responsibilities: Manage and lead key programs involving multiple functions and teams to drive development and implementation of products or services for a global business unit. Develop and maintain quality policies, procedures, and documentation. Design, implement, and manage quality assurance programs aligned with company goals and industry standards. Conduct risk assessments and identify areas for improvement. Lead initiatives to improve processes, systems, and quality of products/services. Monitor KPIs and drive corrective actions. Communicate program progress, escalations, and issues to stakeholders; collaborate with management and partners to recommend and implement improvements. Influence innovation and integration of new technologies and quality initiatives into projects and operations. Review and evaluate program plans and quality standards; provide feedback to improve program management and results. Lead and mentor less experienced staff. Work with cross-BU teams to align quality standards and initiatives. Provide training on quality processes and act as liaison to ensure quality goals are met. Analyze data to assess quality performance, create reports and dashboards, and present findings and recommendations.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's or master's in engineering, Computer Sciences, or related field. 10+ years in Technical Program Management or Quality Management, with experience in Customer Found Issue prioritization and managing software quality.

Knowledge and Skills:

Experience with storage, networking, virtualization, and complex systems preferred. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Business acumen and experience managing cross-business programs and stakeholders.
