Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a dedicated Attorney to join our General Liability Team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of civil litigation matters while developing expertise in insurance defense law. Manage comprehensive case files, including conducting legal research, discovery, and factual investigations Review and analyze medical records and create detailed medical chronologies Draft legal documents including memoranda, pleadings, motions, briefs, and case progress reports Represent clients at depositions, hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials Maintain accurate and contemporaneous time records for all billable activities in accordance with firm policies and client requirements Meet established billable hour targets while ensuring quality and efficiency in all work product Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel Collaborate with team members and support staff to ensure optimal case outcomes Stay current on relevant legal developments and industry trends Required Qualifications
Juris Doctor from an accredited law school Active bar admission in good standing 3-5 years of civil litigation experience Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent oral and written communication abilities Proficiency with legal research tools and case management software A robust work ethic and commitment to excellence Preferred Qualifications
Experience in insurance defense litigation Trial experience Familiarity with motor vehicle and premises liability matters What We Offer
