You'll be joining a small, tight-knit group that works together to improve how the entire facility runs.The Opportunity:You'll step into a modern food manufacturing facility where your focus is improving, supporting, and optimizing controls systems across production. From PLC programming and HMI development to troubleshooting VFDs and supporting capital upgrades, your work directly impacts reliability, uptime, and safety.In Your First Year You Will:•Troubleshoot and optimize Allen-Bradley ControlLogix, CompactLogix, and Kinetix servo systems•Develop and maintain PLC logic, HMI interfaces, and network communications including Ethernet IP, DeviceNet, and ControlNet•Build system specs, architecture drawings, wiring diagrams, and documentation for equipment and project planning•Support cross-functional projects and upgrades by working closely with Maintenance, Engineering, and Operations•Train and guide others on safe system operation and basic troubleshooting•Contribute to safety improvements and help standardize controls practices across the plantWhat You Bring:•Two or more years in an industrial controls or automation role•Strong experience with Allen-Bradley PLCs, FactoryTalk View, and PowerFlex drives•Knowledge of controls architecture, servo systems, and communication protocols•Proficiency in AutoCAD and ability to read or produce technical documentation•Familiarity with NFPA, NEC, ANSI, or GMP standards•Confidence working independently while staying aligned with a collaborative teamWhat You'll Get:•Salary range between $90,000 and $120,000 based on experience•Full benefits including medical, dental, vision, and prescription coverage•401(k) with 4 percent company match•Paid time off, holidays, and sick leave•Tuition assistance and access to on-site training and development tools•Extras like an on-site fitness center, learning lab, cafeteria, and company storeWhy This Role:You'll be part of a team that communicates well, supports each other, and values shared success.
