As a Senior Manufacturing Software Engineer, you will develop software and algorithms to assure the performance and safety of our products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build diagnostic strategies and implement software solutions, thereby transforming how we manufacture our cutting-edge surgical tools.Key Responsibilities: Develop software systems to automate and enhance manufacturing processes. Build and maintain infrastructure for data analysis to enhance product quality. Design, document, and qualify software for manufacturing novel instruments and accessories. Support and improve existing production software, ensuring reliability and efficiency. Work independently to navigate technical challenges, promoting best software development practices within the team. Must-Have Skills: Proficient in C# with a solid understanding of Python. Experienced in Object-Oriented Analysis, Design, and Programming (OOA/OOD/OOP). Highly skilled in software development lifecycle (SDLC) practices. Domain Experience: Prior experience in developing software for robotic/electro-mechanical systems is highly desired. Familiarity with medical device manufacturing or a regulated engineering environment is a plus. Applicants should be passionate about technology, exceptionally skilled in programming, adaptable, detail-oriented, and capable of solving complex problems with minimal guidance. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is required, along with a minimum of 4 years of software development experience.
