Serve as a key technical expert in the design, execution, and optimization of midstream assets, including pipelines, storage facilities, and processing plants. Provide deep technical expertise in materials selection, fabrication, and construction methods to ensure safe, efficient, and high-performing infrastructure. Lead technical evaluations of design, materials selection, and fabrication methods to enhance operational safety and efficiency. Conduct thorough technical reviews to ensure adherence to industry codes, best practices, and regulatory requirements. Establish company engineering guidance documents and specifications as needed. Analyze system performance through advanced modeling, simulations, and field data assessments. Optimize pipeline and facility integrity by developing innovative solutions for corrosion control, mechanical reliability, and performance enhancements. Support the construction and commissioning phases by providing expert technical guidance and timely decision-making.

Technical Leadership & Engineering Execution
Apply advanced engineering principles to solve complex challenges in midstream infrastructure. Lead technical evaluations of design, materials selection, and fabrication methods to enhance operational safety and efficiency. Conduct thorough technical reviews to ensure adherence to industry codes, best practices, and regulatory requirements. Establish company engineering guidance documents and specifications as needed. Analyze system performance through advanced modeling, simulations, and field data assessments. Optimize pipeline and facility integrity by developing innovative solutions for corrosion control, mechanical reliability, and performance enhancements. Support the construction and commissioning phases by providing expert technical guidance and timely decision-making.
Process Optimization & Innovation
Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency, reliability, and safety of midstream assets. Introduce new engineering methodologies and digital tools to enhance project execution and asset performance. Conduct root cause analyses of engineering failures and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Support the integration of automation and data analytics into engineering processes to improve real-time decision-making.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Support
Work closely with Operations, Asset Management, and Regulatory teams to ensure engineering solutions align with business and compliance requirements. Act as a technical consultant for internal teams, providing expertise on materials, construction techniques, good engineering practices and risk mitigation strategies. Develop technical scopes of work and assess contractor performance to ensure high-quality deliverables. Assist with permitting projects and interface with regulatory agencies as needed.

Optimizing pipeline performance using advanced modeling and analytics. Developing innovative material selection strategies to improve durability and efficiency. Implementing automation and digital tools to enhance asset performance and safety. Enhancing corrosion control and mechanical reliability in midstream assets. Qualifications
15+ years of hands-on engineering experience in midstream operations, with expertise in detailed engineering, process optimization, and system reliability. 5+ years of engineering management experience Proven experience solving complex technical challenges in pipeline integrity, storage facility design, or gas processing systems. Strong proficiency in advanced engineering software, modeling tools, and simulation techniques. Demonstrated ability to work independently as a subject matter expert, with a focus on technical problem-solving. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and conveying technical findings. Ability to manage multiple technical tasks with high accuracy and precision.
Education Requirements
Required: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from an accredited four-year university.
