Location: Tri county area (Broward, Palm Beach, Dade)
Base Compensation: $80K - $88K (Based on Experience)
Uncapped Commissions: Actual earnings depend on performance, with top performers earning $200K+ in year 2 and beyond.

If you’re a CAM or Hotel General Manager tired of sitting behind a desk, and love community association management or hospitality, we want to talk to you about a sales position selling management services to community association Board Members.
Our sales role includes compensation, medical insurance, a car, cell, gas allowance, a great culture, sales training/coaching, and growth opportunities. We support our team to succeed with tools and guidance.
Primary Responsibilities:
Meet with two associations weekly.
Use CRM to track and document activities, driven by targets.
Develop strategic partnerships to generate pipeline.
Maintain focus on targets and strategize to meet them.
Identify root causes of client issues to provide solutions.
Travel approximately 15% to Naples.
Competencies:
Align with EOS Vision and Core Values.
Proven success in closing new business.
Experience managing systems like CRMs and sales tools.
Background in association management, hospitality, or business development.
Established network in the industry.
