Assistant General Manager
The Assistant General Manager (AGM) is the right-hand person to the General Manager. In coordination with the other management positions, the AGM works closely alongside the GM to follow and adhere to policies and procedures at the park. They are responsible for building and sustaining a safe, clean, and fun park as well as building a highly motivated Team full of respectful, friendly, and knowledgeable Team Members. They are fully aware of park goals and motivate the Team to meet and exceed individual and Team goals.
Expected start date for this position will be early May.
Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor's Degree or commensurate experience. • Must have previous management experience with a history of success, preferably in the following fields: Family Entertainment Centers, Hospitality, and Restaurant. • Ability to work nights and weekends. • Previous customer service and cash management experience. • Familiarity with social media posting is a plus.

Responsibilities
• Park Safety: Safeguard the Park through the C3 program, always ensuring the park is safe, clean, and fun for Guests and Team Members. • Risk Management: Oversees all aspects of ASTM and Altitude standards for the park and corresponding courts and attractions. Ensures all inspections (e.g. court inspections, preopening checklists, and incident checklists) and maintenance are completed thoroughly. • Drive Profitability: Utilizes an entrepreneurial spirit to drive profitability and stretch margins. • Function as Manager on Duty (MOD): Confidently manages the Team Member and Guest experiences during open hours of operations. Follows and adheres to all Altitude standards and policies as well as local, state, and federal policies. • Guest First Service: Proactively operate the park to satisfy all Guest needs and wants. • Resolve Guest services issues in a friendly and understanding manner. • Strives to Meet Goals: Fully aware and cognizant of all daily, weekly, and monthly goals set by the General Manager. Anticipates and recognizes business opportunities to drive revenue and cut operational expenses. • Culture Cultivator: Creates a safe, clean, and fun workplace for all Team Members. Leads by example to set a positive tone for the Team. • Team Development: Clear and effective communicator comfortable coaching the Team with their ongoing personal and Team development. • Human Resources: Assist the GM with interviews, hiring, and training new Team Members. Maintain new hire and current Team Member documentation in accordance with local, state, and federal laws. • Inventory Control: Works alongside the GM to ensure all inventory and par lists are current.
