Assistant Store Manager
We're seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our team to help with store operations, customer service, and team development. Duties include, but are not limited to, assisting with store functions and day-to-day store activities, helping customers in a positive, approachable manner, organizing and transferring merchandise, performing opening and closing procedures, processing corporate directives, maintaining promotional effectiveness, assisting in ordering merchandise, maintaining areas of the store, protecting and securing company assets, adhering to policies and procedures, supervising, training, and developing store associates, and ensuring a positive, safe, and respectful environment. Skills and experience required include a high school diploma or equivalent, store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environments, the ability to lift up to 55 lbs., strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills, the ability to work in a high-energy team environment, exceptional customer service, organizational, and communication skills, and strong problem solving and decision-making skills.
