We are committed to creating an inclusive and diverse workforce, reflecting the communities we serve.If you are ready to make a difference as part of the world’s greatest sports team, apply to join our team today!OVERVIEW:Golf Galaxy is seeking an Assistant Brand Manager with a passion for golf and sports culture to help elevate our brand.Job Duties & ResponsibilitiesDeepen Customer Connection with the BrandUnderstand current consumer perception of our brand and develop strategies that can evolve this perception to better align with our vision of being the best sports company in the worldBuild marketing campaigns and targeted activations that reinforce our brand values and unique positioningMaintain a pulse on industry (marketing, media, retail) trends and sports culture to effectively develop disruptive activations and campaign ideas that make an impact with our consumersProvide branded content-level insights on product video engagement and trendsManage Campaign & Activation Development Process Align on high-level strategy with the Golf Galaxy leadership team, helping to inform annual plansFoster collaborative relationships with cross-functional partners including Category Marketing, Merchandising, Creative, Media, E-Comm, Store Operations, Legal, and Visual, as well as vendor & agency partnersLead campaign development with clarity by ensuring all partners are kept up to date on the latest information and project milestones are met, while keeping leadership team updated on pertinent detailsConsolidate feedback and facilitate clear next steps coming out of key meetingsConduct hindsight report in partnership with Customer Analytics teams and use such insights to drive decision making for future campaignsPartner with eComm and media teams to develop go-to-market strategies to leverage product videos on GolfGalaxy.com and other channels (e.g. social)Manage the Health & Integrity of the BrandEnsure that all activities & communications tie back to GOLF GALAXY unique brand identityPartner with the Customer Insights team to monitor brand health measures and ideate on strategies to help advance themSupport the development strategies to broaden the appeal of the GOLF GALAXY brand to a diverse set of consumersServe as the voice of our brand beliefs and guide brand positioning on various projects throughout the organizationSupport brand execution across the website and appAs needed, support key brand executions on the website and app. Serve as the brand point of contact for major brand homepage designs.Set-up and lead recurring partnership meetings with eComm marketing team Help manage brand eComm campaign development and executionsQUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, advertising3 - 5 Years of experience
