About the Role We're seeking a
Quality Assurance Supervisor
to lead our inspection team and oversee compliance with quality standards across all phases of manufacturing. This role will manage inspection staff, collaborate with engineering and customers, and ensure that processes meet both regulatory and contractual requirements.
Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of inspectors (NDT and dimensional). Oversee receiving, in-process, and final inspection processes. Review quality documents and provide final reports. Work with customers and support government inspections. Monitor supplier performance and communicate results. Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, OSHA, and EPA requirements. Drive continuous improvement in quality standards and practices.
Qualifications
7+ years inspection/quality experience (or 3+ with a bachelor's degree in Engineering/Manufacturing). Knowledge of industrial manufacturing applications (gear experience preferred). Skilled with inspection tools, NDT, and interpreting engineered drawings. Familiarity with ISO 9001 and quality systems. Strong communication and leadership skills.
