What We’re Looking For
NP with at least 2 years’ experience, or PA with at least 3 years’ experience in an outpatient primary care clinic
A passion for preventative medicine, with skill in managing both acute and chronic conditions
Comfort working with patients across the lifespan — from young children to older adults
A heart for community, and a desire to be part of something that truly makes a difference

Benefit Highlights:
Compensation: $141,000 - $220,000+/year
Relocation/ Sign-on bonus
4 day workweek
100% outpatient

Professional Licensure and DEA Certificate expense reimbursement
No hospital work or hospital call
Equally shared telephone call which is light
40 min establishing appointments

Minimum Qualifications
Required Qualifications & Abilities:
Currently licensed Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
Minimum 2 years experience as a licensed Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (FNP) within an out-patient Primary Care clinic
Minimum 3 years experience as a licensed Primary Care Physician Assistant (PA) within an out-patient Primary Care clinic
Clinical competency and expertise in caring for Primary Care patients
Strong understanding of examination methodologies and diagnostics
Knowledge of common medication, side effects and contraindications
In-depth knowledge of legal medical guidelines and medicine best practices
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Respect for patient's confidentiality
Compassionate and approachable
Responsible and trustworthy
Attend work regularly and on time

General Physical Requirements
While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear.
The employee is occasionally required to sit and stoop, kneel, crouch.
The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Work Environment: Combination of medical office and exam/procedure room settings.
