Position: Electrician
Reports to: Electric Manager
Hours: Monday thru Friday, with on-call and weekend rotation
Pay: Up to $150,000 Annually
Electrician Position Summary:
The Electrician position includes the troubleshooting, maintenance and repair of electrical systems and components. Electricians must be able to provide repair or replacement options to customers and install new equipment.

Job Duties and Responsibilities: Plan new or modified installations to minimize waste of materials, provide access for future maintenance, and avoid unsightly, hazardous, and unreliable wiring, consistent with specifications and local electrical codes Measure, cut, bend, thread, assemble, and install electrical conduit Pull wiring through conduit Splice wires by stripping insulation from terminal leads, twisting wires together, and applying tape or terminal caps Install control and distribution apparatus such as switches, relays, and circuit-breaker panels Connect power cables to equipment, such as electric range or motor, and install grounding leads Test continuity of circuit to ensure electrical compatibility and safety of components with testing instruments such as ohmmeter, battery and buzzer Troubleshoot various customer issues and determine necessary corrections and upgrades using circuit tracer, meters etc. Observe functioning of installed equipment or system to detect hazards and need for adjustments, relocation, or replacement Repair faulty equipment or systems Ability to suggest necessary upgrades or sales opportunities and cross-sell other divisions Knowledge and offering of payment assistance through financing of service costs Additional duties as assigned Electrician
Qualifications:
OSHA 10-Hour Certification Strong verbal and written communication skills Detail oriented and customer service focused Valid Driver's License with clean driving record Willingness and ability to work nights and weekends 2-3 Years of field experience Electrical License is a plus! Willingness and ability to work evenings and weekends Willingness and ability to learn and attend classes for professional advancement Electrician Benefits:
