Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive
market research
to identify industry trends, emerging markets, and competitive dynamics in the electron beam and X-ray technologies sectors. Develop and maintain a detailed understanding of
key market segments ,
customer needs , and
business drivers , ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals. Prepare regular
market intelligence reports
that provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management, sales, and R&D teams. Support business development efforts by identifying new market segments, evaluating customer demand, and identifying potential partners and competitors. Conduct
financial and business analysis
of potential new product lines or services, including pricing strategies, market sizing, and financial viability. Work closely with
cross-functional teams , including sales, marketing, and R&D, to ensure alignment of market research with business and product strategies. Develop and refine
key performance indicators
(KPIs) to track market trends, customer satisfaction, and the performance of strategic initiatives. Monitor and report on competitors' activities, emerging technologies, and market disruptions, providing ongoing recommendations for competitive positioning. Contribute to the
development of strategic business plans
by analyzing market conditions, customer segments, and technological developments that could impact the companys long-term success. Prepare presentations for internal and external stakeholders, summarizing key research findings and insights in a clear and impactful manner. What we value Experience & Education : 3+ years of experience in market research or business analysis, preferably within technology-driven sectors. A degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Market Research & Analysis : Strong background in conducting detailed market research, including qualitative and quantitative analysis. Ability to synthesize data to provide actionable insights. Business Analysis : Expertise in analyzing business opportunities, including financial modeling, market sizing, and opportunity assessments. Industry Knowledge : Ability to develop an in-depth understanding of the electron beam and X-ray technologies industries, including key players, trends, and market drivers. Data-Driven Decision Making : Ability to use data and analytics to inform strategic decisions, improve business processes, and identify growth opportunities. Communication & Presentation Skills : Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present research findings to senior leadership and other stakeholders in a clear, concise manner. Collaboration & Teamwork:
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, R&D, and business development. Technical Understanding : Ability to quickly understand complex scientific concepts.
