HR Generalist

to drive Talent Acquisition and Reporting. This role may also serve as payroll backup to ensure seamless operations. This job description is not all-inclusive. Adaptability is key, and duties may evolve as needed. Job Type:

Part-time (25 Hrs/week) (10 am to 3 pm M- F) Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition Execute the Firm’s talent strategy by successfully administering

full-cycle recruitment

of effective talent. In consultation with the CPO, implement

predictive hiring models

to forecast talent needs based on turnover, growth, and skill gaps. Lead

new hire onboarding , ensuring a seamless transition through structured

orientation programs and AI-driven onboarding workflows . Collaborate with managers to ensure

timely and engaging onboarding experiences

for new hires. Maintain ATS (Applicant Tracking System), job descriptions ensuring data integrity and compliance. Reporting & People Analytics Generate reports to facilitate people analytics insights and compliance needs. Apply

AI-powered sentiment analysis

to assess employee feedback and inform engagement strategies. Utilize

predictive analytics

for workforce planning, identifying engagement and productivity opportunities, retention risks and training opportunities. Work with leadership to

translate HR data insights into actionable strategies . Payroll Backup & Compliance Act as a

backup to payroll processing , ensuring timely and accurate payroll operations when needed. Support audits and reconciliations as needed to maintain compliance and accuracy. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field. 3+ years of HR experience, with

expertise in Talent Acquisition and Analytics. Proficiency in

AI-powered HR tools, Power BI, Excel, workforce analytics platforms, and payroll systems . Strong relationship building, communication and problem-solving skills. Seniority level
