We are currently seeking a skilled Toyota Automotive Technician to join our dynamic team. **Job Summary:** As a Toyota Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various Toyota models. Your expertise will contribute to the safe and efficient operation of our customers' vehicles. You will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with other team members to ensure that all automotive tasks are completed to the highest standard. **Key Responsibilities:** - Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with a wide range of Toyota vehicles using advanced diagnostic equipment and tools. - Perform routine maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and other preventive services. - Conduct electrical system repairs, including wiring, lighting, and battery-related issues. - Replace or repair faulty components such as engines, transmissions, exhaust systems, and suspensions. - Communicate effectively with customers to explain repairs and maintenance requirements and provide estimates of costs. - Adhere to manufacturer guidelines and service protocols to ensure vehicle repairs meet industry standards. - Maintain accurate records of all work performed and parts used in accordance with company policies. - Stay updated on the latest automotive technology and repair techniques specific to Toyota vehicles. - Work collaboratively with team members to improve service efficiency and enhance the customer experience. **Qualifications:** - High school diploma or equivalent; ASE certification preferred. - Previous experience as an automotive technician, preferably with Toyota vehicles. - Strong knowledge of automotive repair principles and practices. - Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment specific to Toyota vehicles. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication and customer service skills. - Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. - Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. **What We Offer:** - Competitive salary based on experience. - Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off. - Ongoing training and development opportunities. - A positive work environment with a focus on teamwork and professional growth. - Benefits - 401K Madera Toyota Chevrolet is an equal opportunity employer.
