About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Executive to join our dynamic Executive Leadership Team. As CFO, you will serve as a strategic advisor and financial steward, guiding the company's financial strategy and operational planning while ensuring compliance within the regulated cannabis industry. This role is ideal for those with a strong understanding of financial regulations specific to the cannabis sector, as well as a demonstrated success record in capital markets and investor relations within high-growth environments.
Your key responsibilities will involve shaping financial policy, driving growth initiatives, and maintaining rigorous risk management across all finance-related activities. We seek candidates with a minimum of 15 years of progressive financial leadership experience, ideally within regulated industries such as cannabis, consumer packaged goods, or life sciences.
Key qualifications include a solid grasp of GAAP accounting, financial modeling, and audit processes, along with expertise in financial systems and ERP platforms. You will oversee a wide range of financial functions including accounting, FP&A, treasury, tax, and procurement while leading a high-performing finance and accounting team.
