Three Rivers Energy is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technician for Our Coshocton, OH facility.

Reports To

The Maintenance Technician will report to Three Rivers Energy’s Maintenance Manager.

The Position

The Maintenance Generalist is responsible for the preventative maintenance and lubing of the plant equipment to ensure safety, quality, and productivity while supporting the Company’s policies, goals, and objectives. Our Maintenance team is vital to our company’s success and plays a huge part in the daily operations of our plant. This Maintenance Technician position is a full-time position with eligibility for all of our company’s benefit programs. Essential Job Functions

Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure that machines/equipment continues to run smoothly and building systems operate efficiently

Inspect drives, motors, belts, check fluid levels, replace filters, or perform other maintenance actions, following preventive maintenance checklists

Troubleshoots problems with machinery to determine nature of problem, such as computer, electrical, electronic, hydraulic, pneumatic, robotic, mechanical problems or set‑up of the equipment using schematics/drawings/manuals.

TIG Welding experience

Assemble, install or repair wiring, electrical and electronic components, pipe systems and plumbing, machinery, and equipment.

Inspect, operate, and test machinery and equipment to diagnose machine malfunctions.

Clean and lubricate shafts, bearings, gears, and other parts of machinery.

Confers with technical support groups to solve computer-related and hydraulic-related problems.

Other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

Legal authorization to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis.

Minimum 2 years of hands-on work experience in industrial mechanical maintenance

Good attitude and accepting of change.

Excellent electrical/mechanical diagnostic skills.

Ability to work in a cooperative, team-based environment.

Capable of using parts/PM management computer system.

Must have valid driver’s license

Required to be on call as assigned.

Ability to physically ascend and descend up to 200 stairs.

Ability to physically perform tasks overhead as well below at knee level.
