Position Summary:
We are looking for a social media guru who brings energy and excitement to cultivate and grow social media followings and promote our client's brands. This role will analyze engagement data, identify trends in customer interactions, lead social content strategy and development, and plan digital campaigns to build communities online.
Main Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and implementing social media content across various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms, in alignment with client objectives and brand guidelines. Curate relevant content including posts, images, videos, and stories to enhance audience engagement and brand visibility. Community engagement and management by responding to comments, messages, and mentions, fostering positive interactions and addressing inquiries promptly. Assist in the implementation protocols to ensure brand reputation is maintained and escalate issues as necessary. Execute social media strategies developed by senior team members, ensuring alignment with client goals and industry best practices. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate content creation, approval, and scheduling, adhering to established timelines and quality standards. Utilize social media analytics tools to track performance metrics and analyze campaign effectiveness, providing insights for optimization. Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in social media marketing, actively seeking opportunities for skill enhancement and professional growth. Contribute to new business efforts for Spark including research, creating slides, and brainstorming new ideas Successfully manage remote work, scheduling, and internal communications (email, Slack, team meetings, etc) Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times Proactive self-starter who offers ideas and/or problem solves alongside the team Proactively assume additional responsibilities that make tangible agency contributions Assist in the implementation of paid social media campaigns, contributing to audience targeting, ad creation, and performance monitoring. Extra Points for Experience in the Following Areas:
Experience managing large-scale community management/social monitoring programs Background developing, managing, and optimizing paid social campaigns Creative design skills Influencer marketing experience Broader content marketing experience Expertise with enterprise level social media platforms such as Sprout Social and Sprinklr Pre-Requisites
3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a digital agency or in-house setting Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and video editing software Strong understanding of social media, display, and website design best practices Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
