Maintenance Technician
for our beautiful property, Villanova, in Las Vegas NV.
As a
Maintenance Technician
you will be responsible for work orders, apartment maintenance and repair, turning vacant apartments, maintaining property grounds and common areas, any other duties assigned from business manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform turns/make readies Complete service requests Maintain clean grounds and common areas Assist manager in determining capital and seasonal projects Maintain supply and parts inventory Share emergency service work on an on-call basis REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of 2 years multifamily maintenance experience required. Repair and maintenance skills, including painting/drywall, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC and minor electrical. Experience in pool systems and operations helpful Ability to communicate clearly with staff and residents, both in writing and verbally. Must have an HVAC certification and/or CPO certification. Valid driver's license and insurance. Own tools.
