Search Solution Group is seeking an
HR Manager
on behalf of our client, a leading manufacturer and supplier of large-diameter, corrosion-resistant fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP) pipe systems for infrastructure applications. The HR Manager will play a critical role in overseeing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and policy enforcement. This position is essential in supporting the company's strategic growth, ensuring compliance, and fostering a positive and high-performing workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities: Lead recruitment efforts in partnership with third-party recruiters and leadership teams.
Manage onboarding, including training, background checks, drug testing, and benefits enrollment.
Oversee compensation administration, employee information systems, and payroll collaboration.
Establish and manage performance review processes, succession planning, and pay raises.
Handle employee relations, including information updates, retention, and terminations.
Manage the offboarding process to ensure compliance, accuracy, and smooth transitions.
Maintain and update all job descriptions, ensuring alignment with business needs.
Provide guidance to management and employees on HR policies, practices, and compliance.
Requirements Include:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 5-7 years of comprehensive human resources experience.
Proven success in leading HR initiatives and collaborating with executive leadership.
Skills: Strong organizational, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail capabilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to manage HRIS platforms and learn new systems quickly.
Certifications: Professional HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) preferred.
Knowledge: Expertise in HR compliance, employee relations, and performance management.
Understanding of compensation, payroll processes, and succession planning.
Key Competencies: Leadership and ability to influence across all levels of the organization.
Strategic thinking with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Collaboration and teamwork with executive, management, and employee groups.
Confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive employee information.
Strong interpersonal skills to manage conflict resolution and employee engagement.
