Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Strategy Manager to lead strategic initiatives and support business planning and operations within our Integrated Customer Experience (ICX) team. This role involves collaborating closely with various partners to drive forward critical initiatives and create a deep understanding of key business drivers through data analysis. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of strategic insight, analytical prowess, and excellent communication skills to foster strong relationships and keep projects aligned with executive team goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth analyses across different business areas to understand key drivers. Manage day-to-day operational needs and lead complex multi-functional projects. Serve as a strategic thought partner to leadership, helping to craft strategies for business initiatives. Utilize strong interpersonal and analytical skills to solve problems and execute initiatives. Leverage assertive storytelling and influence to guide and lead at all organizational levels.
Must-Have Skills:
Proven strategic planning and analytical capabilities. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving abilities.
Industry Experience:
Experience in Customer Experience (CX) or a related field is highly preferred.
