Hybrid Role - 3 Days a Week in Office

My client is a growing company in the Business Intelligence, with offices across the globe, they are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to take ownership of marketing initiatives across the Americas region. This is a hands-on, high-impact position where you'll play a pivotal role in building brand presence, generating high-quality leads, and driving the sales pipeline in their fastest growing market.
You'll be responsible for shaping and delivering multi-channel campaigns across digital, events, and account-based marketing, working closely with sales to ensure alignment on goals and results. This role is ideal for a data-driven marketing professional who thrives on blending creativity with measurable outcomes.
The Growth Marketing Manager will be responsible for: - Planning & Executing Campaigns - Building and optimizing lead generation and brand awareness initiatives, from webinars and content launches to targeted email campaigns. - Digital Marketing Excellence - Leading PPC, SEO, and paid social advertising to boost traffic, conversions, and visibility. - Targeted ABM Strategies - Partnering with sales to identify high-value accounts and deliver tailored campaigns that convert. - Marketing Automation & CRM - Overseeing marketing automation workflows, lead nurturing, segmentation, and reporting to track ROI. - Event Marketing - Support trade shows and industry events with pre-event promotion, live engagement, and follow-up campaigns. - Content & Social Engagement - Leverage content, video, and social platforms to engage target audiences and amplify reach.
The Growth Marketing Manager will have the following experience - 5+ years in B2B marketing, ideally with a focus on demand generation or growth. - Proven expertise in PPC, SEO, and paid social campaign management. - Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms. - Track record of delivering measurable results through multi-channel marketing campaigns. - Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
If you have experience working in technology, SaaS, or Intelligence/Data industries that would be beneficial but definitely not essential.
