Executive Director – Senior Living Community

Compensation:
$85,000 – $100,000 base + 30% bonus potential A well-regarded senior living provider is seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Director to lead operations at one of their Tennessee communities. This role offers the opportunity to join a stable and supportive leadership team focused on long-term growth and operational excellence. Responsibilities include: Overseeing day-to-day operations and regulatory compliance
Leading and developing department heads and staff
Driving census and occupancy growth through local marketing and referral partnerships
Managing budgets, forecasting, and strategic planning
Fostering a positive culture of accountability and resident-centered care
Ideal candidates will bring: At least 5 years of leadership experience in senior living or related healthcare setting
Proven track record of census growth and team development
Strong business acumen and familiarity with forecasting and KPIs
A current TN Assisted Care Living Facility (ACLF) license or eligibility to obtain one
Local or regional residency preferred
