Job DescriptionWells Enterprises currently has an opening for a Senior Business Development Manager for our Albertsons Team. The Senior Business Development Manager leads the development of business solutions with the Albertsons account, including direct management of the Mid-Atlantic, Shaw's, and Jewel-Osco divisions. This role will also have two Business Development Managers as direct reports with accountability for the remaining Albertsons divisions. The main goal is to generate more revenue for the company while also achieving profit and trade spend objectives. Responsibilities Include: Develop and execute strategy for our branded business to maximize resources and results Manage two Business Development Managers that call on Albertsons banners Leverage deep understanding of systems and capabilities to unlock growth opportunities Collaborate cross-functionally to develop ideas, apply insights and deliver solutions Lead business development processes such as CPI, KOMPASS, and promotional planning Effectively execute the Wells sales process including establishing objectives, developing strong selling stories, and anticipating challenges Lead business management process, including: Volume Forecast Management, P&L/ Trade Management, and Accounts Payable Management Support annual joint business planning Lead monthly business reviews QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business or related field preferredMinimum of 6 years Account Selling experience with a CPG company required. Mid-Atlantic Albertsons headquarter calling experience requiredGoal-oriented, organized team playerEager to expand the company with new sales by gaining new distribution in both region chains and independent customersAble to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutionsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAble to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectivelySelf-motivated and self-directedExperienced at preparing and presenting quarterly goals and forecasts for future projectsDemonstrated and proven sales resultsProficient computer skills; Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel)The base pay range for this position is $125,295 to $160,013 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
