The ideal candidate will have a strong product knowledge base, be resilient, professional, and collaborative, working effectively with the Sales, Warehouse, and Purchasing teams. You will provide timely feedback and support to both internal and external customers.The successful applicant will:Collaborate with various departments to handle multiple priorities efficiently.Assist the sales team with client needs and manage client inventory.Respond to client inquiries on production, inventory, and availability.Verify and validate pricing information.Act as the second point of contact for assigned customers, providing friendly and professional support.Assist with the ordering and return process, following company policies.Process customer orders and returns in the ERP system, ensuring fulfillment and satisfaction.Maintain a solid understanding of all products and processes.Stay updated on sales strategies, new product introductions, and skill development through training and meetings.Identify opportunities to improve work processes and efficiency.We are seeking a candidate with the following experience and attributes:Post-secondary degree or diploma, or equivalent experience in a related field.Minimum of 1 year in a customer care or sales environment.Previous inside sales or customer service experience preferred.Self-starter with the ability to work independently.Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Experience with ERP systems (Business Central is an asset).Richards Packaging Inc. is an equal-opportunity employer and is committed to creating an inclusive employee experience for all.
