About the Role A leading law firm is seeking a seasoned Litigation Attorney with over 10 years of experience handling complex civil litigation matters. Responsibilities

Manage all phases of civil litigation from inception through trial or settlement Handle a wide range of disputes including commercial, tort, real estate, and contract matters Provide strategic legal advice and draft high-quality pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials Mentor and supervise junior attorneys and support staff Build and maintain strong client relationships with a focus on high-quality service Contribute to business development efforts and expand client base Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school Active license in good standing to practice law 10+ years of experience in civil litigation Proven ability to manage complex caseloads independently Strong legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills Demonstrated courtroom experience and litigation success Desired Qualifications

Experience in bankruptcy law or related proceedings Prior appellate or federal court clerkship experience Portable book of business or established client relationships Background in high-value or high-profile litigation cases Excellent organizational and time management skills
