Airline General Manager in Los Angeles, CA (LAX)

General Manager (LAX) Airport Passenger Handling / Above the Wing Operations Sr. Vice President / President Exempt Minimum 5 years of passenger handling experience or airline experience in airport operations with 3 years in a management position. Excellent leadership skills. Flexible availability, able to work weekends, nights, holidays and overtime. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with the customer airline's managers and executives. Excellent communication and presentation skills (oral and written, fluent in English). Energetic, motivated, enthusiastic self-starter, with strong integrity. Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint. Ability to cope well with pressure and can manage multiple tasks with minimum direction. Organized, creative and resourceful, with entrepreneurial mentality. Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills with basic statistical and math knowledge. Comfortable with various cultures and their associated business practices. Valid US work authorization Background Check, Fingerprinting required Drug Screen required on day of hire Specific duties include: Lead and manage the administrative functions at LAX and other assigned locations. Coordinate with all departments at Hallmark Aviation Services head office to ensure internal and external customer needs are satisfied. Ensure that each business unit operates within budget and remains compliant with all company policies. Ensure contract between client and Hallmark Aviation Services is executed efficiently and profitably for both the client and Hallmark Aviation Services. Conduct audits to ensure procedures and standards such as safekeeping of company funds and property are maintained and followed. Timely address employee grievances and concerns. Provide effective and visible leadership - guide and assist Business Managers to fulfill KPIs. Identify and develop future leaders for supervisor and management positions. Performs other duties as assigned.
