Global Strategic Account Manager,
they will drive beverage and menu innovation through technical selling, cross-functional collaboration, and relationship-building. This is a critical role for managing high-profile Foodservice accounts and introducing new concepts that deliver real, simple, and better solutions. How will you contribute: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Essential job functions and duties include, but are not limited to: Serve as the primary contact for assigned key Foodservice/QSR accounts, owning the customer relationship and sales strategy Identify and pursue opportunities for beverage innovation, menu development, and clean label ingredient solutions Collaborate with internal teams including R&D, Culinary, Marketing, and Operations to deliver customized, technically sound solutions Provide strategic account planning, forecasting, and project management Represent the voice of the customer internally and influence innovation pipelines accordingly Ensure successful commercialization of new product concepts from idea through launch Travel up to 40% for customer meetings, trade shows, and internal collaboration Minimum Requirements/Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Food Science, Culinary, or related field 5+ years of experience in Key Account Management, Strategic Sales, or Business Development in Foodservice/QSR channels Beverage industry experience strongly preferred Culinary or R&D background a plus (e.g., working with chefs, product development teams, or menu concepting) Strong technical sales acumen and understanding of food ingredient functionality Proven track record of building and sustaining customer relationships Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills Ideal candidate will reside in the Midwest region May involve exposure to allergens such as Soy, Wheat, Fish, Shellfish, Milk, Egg, Tree Nuts and Sesame.
