Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications, monitoring their efficacy and making adjustments as needed for optimal patient outcomes. Maintain accurate electronic medical records and comply with all regulatory standards in clinical documentation. Required Qualifications: Active and unrestricted Physician license (MD/DO) in North Carolina. Board certified in psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN) or eligible for board certification. Current DEA registration. Preferred Qualifications: 2+ years of clinical experience in outpatient behavioral health. Experience in patient education, specifically related to medication adherence and aftercare services. Expertise in advanced psychotherapeutic techniques. Experience working with diverse patient age groups, including older adults. Compensation for this position typically ranges from $214,000 to $382,000, incorporating both base pay and bonuses based on local market conditions, qualifications, and performance.
