Financial:
Adhere to standards to increase sales; ensure accurate completion of financial and personnel duties according to policies.
Food Safety and Planning:
Maintain safety, sanitation, and health standards; ensure high-quality food and service; manage inventory and control costs; ensure ServSafe certification.
Guest Service:
Provide positive guest experiences; handle complaints effectively.
Operations:
Ensure safety; manage shifts, quality, and cleanliness; resolve food quality and service issues.
Personnel:
Ensure employee training; communicate expectations; develop staff; prepare schedules; foster growth.
Accountabilities:
Ensure compliance with regulations; uphold company values; inform General Manager of issues; foster positive working relationships; accept ownership of goals; perform other duties as needed.
Pay rates depend on experience and availability.
