About Clark's Oyster Bar:

Clark's Oyster Bar opened in 2012 in Austin and has since expanded to Aspen, Houston, Montecito, and Menlo Park. We're excited to bring our signature oysters, martinis, lobster rolls, and warm hospitality to our third California location-coming soon to Malibu.

Clark's is looking for a passionate and experienced Service Manager to help lead our front-of-house team and ensure an exceptional dining experience for every guest.

Lead and inspire the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional hospitality Oversee daily operations including staffing, scheduling, guest flow, and reservations Ensure smooth service through strong guest engagement and issue resolution Collaborate closely with the kitchen and management teams to maintain quality and communication Train and mentor staff on service standards, hospitality best practices, and product knowledge Manage POS systems, inventory, and uphold health, safety, and cleanliness standards Develop and maintain SOPs to support consistent, efficient operations Stay current on industry trends and guest preferences to refine service strategies Requirements

Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the restaurant industry. In-depth food and beverage operations knowledge, including service techniques and product knowledge. Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the restaurant industry. Certified in Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission + Texas Food Management Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests, staff, and management. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Physical Requirements:
