Our client, a rapidly growing AdTech platform in NYC, is looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to drive partnerships and revenue growth across a portfolio of clients within the advertising technology industry. This role will focus on building, advising, and expanding relationships with brands, agencies, and partners to increase adoption of their suite of products. The Senior Account Manager will play a critical role in cross-selling and up-selling solutions, identifying new revenue opportunities, and serving as a trusted advisor to clients. This individual will also collaborate internally and externally on go-to-market strategies to ensure our offerings align with client needs and industry trends. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in the programmatic and ad tech landscape, coupled with proven experience in sales and account management. This is a hybrid position and requires 3-4 days/week onsite in Manhattan. Salary: $125-175k Responsibilities: Build, manage, and grow client relationships across brands, agencies, and partners. Drive adoption of the company's suite of advertising technology products. Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell solutions across client accounts. Partner with internal teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies. Provide strategic guidance to clients on best practices, product implementation, and campaign optimization. Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to align client needs with company offerings. Consistently deliver on revenue goals and client growth targets. Stay current on industry trends, market shifts, and emerging technologies within the programmatic and ad tech ecosystem. Required Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in sales and/or account management within the programmatic landscape. 5+ years of experience in advertising technology with a proven track record of driving revenue growth. Deep knowledge of the ad tech industry, including DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, measurement tools, and related technologies. Strong ability to identify and close new business opportunities while growing existing client relationships. Demonstrated success in developing and executing go-to-market strategies. Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a client-first mindset. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
