You'll oversee everything from tours and outreach to event planning and CRM management, ensuring each interaction is thoughtful, timely, and aligned with our mission.As a Sales Manager, you will: Lead Community Sales & Strategy - Drive occupancy by developing and executing a sales plan that includes lead generation, outreach, competitive analysis, and event planning. Collaborate with the leadership team to align strategy with community goals.Oversee the Sales Journey - Manage inquiries, tours, and move-ins with professionalism and care. Guide families through the discovery process, maintain follow-up in the CRM, and ensure a smooth transition into the community.Build Strong Relationships with Referral Partners - Serve as a trusted resource for healthcare providers, discharge planners, and senior living professionals. Develop creative outreach and educational opportunities to strengthen referral pipelines. Promote Vivie's Full Continuum of Services - Collaborate across departments to understand each offering-then position those services effectively based on the unique needs, desires, and goals of prospective residents and families. Other Duties as Assigned - The duties and responsibilities listed above are representative of the nature and level of work assigned and are not necessarily all inclusive.This job also requires: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Communications or related field is preferred but not required. At least 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in senior living or healthcare. Knowledge of sales strategy, customer relationship management (CRM) platforms, and event planning. Excellent customer service mindset and strategic thinking ability. Ability to pass state mandated background checks.Physical capability to perform all essential job functions. Ability to read, write, and speak English to ensure effective communication with residents, team members, and visitors.
